Step Two- Discovery & Inspiration

At this stage, we dive into your ideas and aspirations. Through thoughtful conversations and a tailored discovery process, we get to know your lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, and must-haves. Whether it’s a Pinterest board, saved listings, or a few sketches on a napkin—we’ll explore what inspires you and start shaping a home that reflects your unique story.

Step 3- Design Journey

At Harvest Moon Construction, we bring your vision to life—whether you're building a custom home, renovating an existing space, or managing a commercial project. Our process is collaborative, transparent, and tailored to your needs. Here’s how we guide you through each phase:

Concept – We start by exploring your ideas and goals, developing initial layout concepts and discussing how the space should function and feel—whether it’s a home, office, or retail environment.

Design Development – Working closely with your architect or designer, we help refine the plans by offering insights on constructability, budget alignment, and design feasibility to ensure the project is moving in the right direction.

Construction Coordination – Once the design is finalized, we coordinate with your design professionals to ensure all construction documents are complete and ready for permitting and build-out. We focus on turning plans into action with precision and clarity.

Selections – Within the first month under contract, we guide you through selecting finishes, fixtures, and materials. Partnering with trusted vendors, we help you make confident decisions that match your vision and maintain quality throughout the project.

Step 4- Financial Planning

We believe a well-defined budget is key to a smooth build. During this phase, we outline the full scope of work, including estimated costs based on your design choices. While it’s normal to make some decisions later, the more we finalize now, the better we can manage costs.

Step 5- On-Site Meeting & Project Assessment

We’ll meet you at the project site—whether it’s a new build, renovation, or commercial space—to evaluate the property in person. This visit helps us understand the unique conditions and challenges of the site, discuss your goals, and ensure we’re fully aligned before moving forward.

Step 6- Construction Phase

At Harvest Moon Construction, we believe in a collaborative, transparent process that keeps you informed and confident from start to finish. During construction, we’ll walk through the project with you at key milestones to ensure everything aligns with your vision.

You’ll meet with our trusted superintendent to review important decisions—plumbing, lighting, cabinetry, paint, and more—so that each detail reflects your style and needs.
